Julio Iglesias to Sing at near Sold Out Prestigious Concert in Jakarta


Legendary Spanish Pop Singer Julio Iglesias will quench the longing of his fans for romantic hits when he appears at the Jakarta Convention CenterJakarta on 3rd December 2013  for his second concert  in Indonesia’s capital city.

Returning after his first performance to Indonesia in 1996, the concert is hailed to be the most prestigious show near the turn of the year since it will also feature American renowned singer/song-writer, James Ingram. To add to the sparks of the concert, Indonesia’s own pop star Bunga Citra Lestari will be performing with Iglesias in a number of songs.

Grammy Award-winner and a two-time Academy Award nominee for Best Original Song, James Ingram will open the concert with a 60 to75 minutes performance. The audience will undoubtedly be indulged with some of Ingram’s popular hits such as “Somewhere Out There”, “Just Once”,” Where Did My Heart” “Go, Baby Come To Me”, and “There's No Easy Way”.  While Julio Iglesias, the Spanish Pop living legend himself will definitely take the audience on a 90 minutes heart melting ride through some of the most everlasting romantic hits ever such as “Crazy, When I Need You”,” To All The Girls I've Loved Before”,” When You Tell Me That You Love Me”,” Can't Help Falling In Love”, and more.

Acknowledged by Sony Music Entertainment as the best selling Latin music artist in history, Julio Iglesias has sold over 300 million records worldwide in 14 languages and released 80 albums, and more than 2,600 gold and platinum records certified. Although it is his second ever concert in the country, for Iglesias Indonesia is no stranger. Julio Iglesias had collaborated with Indonesian artist Andre Hehanusa in the 90’s for the song “To All The Girls I’ve Loved Before”. He also played a duet with Indonesian Diva, Anggun in the song “All of You”.

The concert forms part of Julio Iglesias’ First World Tour which will kick off in Azerbaijan on 28th-29th November. After his performance in Jakarta on 3rd December, the tour will continue to Hong Kong on 7th December, and end in Tokyo on 9th-10th December 2013.

Adhitama Live, the promoter of the concert provides five categories of tickets: Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. The price ranges from IDR 2 Million (Bronze) to IDR10 Million (Diamond). The
