Komodo Travel Mart - In conjunction with, and supporting the international sailing event Sail Komodo 2013, the Komodo Travel Mart will be held at Labuan Bajo, East Nusatenggara from 17th to 20th September 2013.
Carrying the theme “EXPLORE THE HIDDEN TREASURES”, the Komodo Travel Mart 2013 is intended to explore the many diverse tourism potenals of the province of East Nusa Tenggara from pristine beaches and mountain climbing to visiting megalithic villages or diving with giant manta rays. The event will not only showcase the known and popular destinations , but also those that have so far remained “hidden”.
The event will bring together various tourism Buyers from all parts of the archipelago to meet and negotiate with over 30 East Nusatenggara Sellers ranging from travel agents, tour operators, hotel & accommodations, and many others. Registered Buyers are from Bali, Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Lombok, Makassar, Medan, and Kupang.
Aside from business transactions and product exhibition, the event will be highlighted with art and cultural performances from various towns and regencies of East Nusatenggara.
While Komodo Island and its extraordinary “dragon” dwellers may have made its reputation worldwide, the province of East Nusatenggara still has other equally fascinating attractions to offer.
